To Recycle e-Waste or Not: Understanding Consumers' Intention from the Lens of Behavioral Theories

The study was conducted to explore and understand factors that determine consumers' intention recycle e-waste from the lens of Theory Planned Behavior (TPB) Behavioral Reasoning (BRT). A cross-sectional survey designed data collected 339 respondents who used an extensive number electronic devices. findings suggest positive attitudes towards recycling; social norms perceived behavioral control are significant e-waste. In addition, attitude is explained by two determinants; reasons for recycling environmental value. Finally, value also in explaining against recycling. important theoretical managerial implications describing acceptance considering values promote act, risks prohibit them acting positively. Likewise, would help building impactful protection regulation sustainability agenda.
